Our Free Shipping packages include a 3-5 day USPS first class, and most larger orders get upgraded to Priority, at no extra charge, which is a 2-3 day rate. The Free Shipping also includes a USPS delivery confirmation tracking #, so you know when your package will arrive. Also, at checkout, we give you the option to upgrade to this priority rate, and to include a signature confirmation, if you so desire.

There are SO MANY gimmicks are out there in the marketplace. Many skin care customers do not know that most skin care companies ALL get their products made from similar “chemists” who simply slap that companies’ label on the product. Alana and her staff do not bring in a product line until it has been tried and true by Alana and her team. If the product doesn't live up to standards, it is not sold at Skincare by Alana.

Skin Care by Alana is an eco friendly company, we recycle all possible shipping products that arrive in our location

Yes, most of the packaging products that you receive in your shipment are recycled materials. We save all of our incoming supplies that come from our Vendors, and reuse them back to you. Alana also encourages her customers to reuse all packing materials as well. We are also actively trying to get our vendors to eliminate the use of non environmentally friendly packaging in their shipments to us.
