I love to work out! I also hate to workout! Every guy loves a gym bunny, well, most guys anyway. Lately I have been starting to try all sorts of spin classes and can’t get enough! Many people ask me if I wear makeup when I work out or if it is ok too. It is obvious that most women don’t feel their sexiest when they are working out, but it would be a great place to meet people and look your best! Many feel that it is difficult to look good while exercising due to the excessive sweating. Truth be told, the harder your workout the more you sweat. Do you want to look good even after exercising? Want to know my secret tips? Well, follow these tips below for my fitness secrets to look good while and after you workout.

- *Right Outfit: Wear the right outfit that fits your body well and absorb the sweat. This way your body will be dry and you will feel comfortable. Accentuate the best part of your body with tight clothing, such as your butt or your boobs. Remember not to wear anything too tight, or too loose. Fit is key! If you still have weight to lose, go easy on the tight clothing!
- *Minimal makeup: Do not wear heavy makeup when you go to workout. Wear a minimal covering for the problem areas. Use a concealer brush to apply concealer for spot covering. Covering your imperfect areas with a mineral makeup will make you look best. More importantly, use a makeup sealer, to lock in the little makeup you have on. I use La bella donna makeup lightly, and then I seal it with Model in a bottle makeup sealers. Works so well for those workouts where I do not plan on sweating too heavily.
*Hair Care: Use dry shampoo to help absorb all the sweat and extra oil to keep your hair looking good even after you workout session. I use the keratin complex dry shampoo, it keeps my hair dry and smelling fresh while I workout.
*Keep the redness away: While working out, the blood flows to your face and makes it look red. Reduce the flush on your face by washing your face and applying a foundation with a yellowish shade. This covers the redness and makes you look good. Also, drinking plenty of water will help with this
Use these tips above to look good while you get fit. Do not be afraid to run into anyone during or after you leave the gym.
