Kiss Back Acne Goodbye

Of all the requests I receive in the summertime, tips for combating back acne is pretty high on the list. Of course, some people battle "bacne" year round, and simply embrace the ability to cover it up in the colder months. Whereas others experience bacne only during the hotter summer months . No matter what your bacne cause, I am so excited to share a product that I recently got to try myself: Glo Therapeutics Back Acne Treatment.

First things first, I absolutely love that this product is designed specifically for back acne. I started seeing results much faster than I had previously , which was a definite plus to the targeted treatment's cause. Something else I truly love about this product is the 360-degree sprayer. We have all been there with sunscreens: trying to spray our back only for the can to start sputtering and stop spraying. Not with this product! It is specifically designed to spray no matter what angle you hold the bottle at, meaning you can apply this yourself easily, no muss, no fuss.

Now I want to rave about the ingredients. Much like other acne-fighting products, this back acne treatment uses 0.5% Salicylic Acid to combat acne. For those of you who are not familiar with this ingredient, it helps to stimulate exfoliation, which clears pores and promotes new cell growth. This particular ingredient also helps to reduce inflammation and smooths the skin's surface.

Nest we have Sodium Chlorite, which helps to break apart sebum and bacteria while preventing the regrowth of bacteria for extended periods of time. It works hand-in-hand with the Salicylic Acid to increase the intensity and effectiveness of this product.

If you are unfamiliar with Sodium Bicarbonate, you can make your aquaintance with it with this product. This ingredient is a gentle physical exfoliant and skin protectant that will work well to keep your skin fresh and protected.

This product also utilizes Disodium EDTA, which helps to bind free radicals and impurities, allowing the active ingredients to work more effectively.

And last but certainly not least for the skin-boosting ingredients: Mentha Spicata Oil acts as an antibacterial and antioxidant for your skin, which aids acne, dermatitis, and congested skin.
